All Changes not appearing on CIs when searching on Global Search

Hi,
Let's say there is a change request CHG00568050 and there are two CIs associated with this Change request as below:
Now, my requirement is when I search one of this CI in the Global Search box of ServiceNow, I wanted the corresponding Change Request should get appear in the search result.
Current scenario:
While searching the CI, in the search result, CI is getting searched and 1 INC which is associated with the CI. However, in the CR section it's showing 0 record. However, there is 1 CR associated with this CI as shown above.
How to achieve this and configure this for correct result?
