I have a select box field with multiple choices and based on that fields will be shown/hidden. After RITM is submitted, in the variables tab, all fields are visible including mandatory. I've checked the UI policies which looks good. Even I tried to hide the empty variables referring below link but that didn't work well either. Can anyone assist me on this.

Hello,
If on the catalog item it is working it should also work on RITM, waht have you used for this UI policy or client script?
Can you paste the screenshot of that as well.
Also I hope for UI policy or client script you have the UI type as ALL and applies on requested item checked

Hello,
Thanks for your reply. I did the same what you've showed. "Applies on Requested Items" is checked. No client scripts. It's only UI policies.
