An approver should not recieve approval request twice

Hi Experts,

Requirement-

In change mangement workflow there is two level of apporvals

1) First level- approval to ServiceDesk group

2) Second level- approval to CAB group

If Beth is a member of ServiceDesk and CAB group she should recieved first level of approval but she should not recieved second level of approval.

How can I achieved this in workflow.
