We have a process we are putting in place called request for change at a high level this is what the process it.

  1. User will submit a Enhancement request and get manager approval.
  2. Task is assigned to an IT Analyst to determine if this should be done.
  3. Analyst will create a story and add CIs.
  4. CI owners (will approver ready for development)
  5. Development will be done via scrum tasks
  6. UAT will be done via scrum tasks
  7. CI Owners (will approve UAT is completed and ready for production)
  8. Stories will be added to release
  9. Release will be associated with a change
  10. Change will go thought the Normal change process with 1 - 2 approvals depending on risk

How can I get all these records linked together in 1 report?

Why do you need to capture everything in single report as it would become clumsy and you might need to potentially look at a complex database view table.

I would recommend creating a dashboard with multiple data visualizations that would show information on each stages, for example how many enhancement requests were created can be a single score DV and on click you can show related records or could be a bar chart that shows enhancements by category.

Similarly you can create multiple Data Visualizations in a dashboard and share it with uses/roles/groups and they can generate exports if needed.

If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.

They need a report that they can give an auditor to show the process was followed. Who approved and what they were approving.
