When user is trying to attaching a file for Catalog Items. AT that time user getting error like.
An error occurred when trying to upload your file. Please try again.

 

I am not sure why this happing, I have checked attachment size and prefix all are fine. Error is not related to attachment size look like. 

Problems: 

  1. After few Attempts attachment is getting attached, but  after submitting, attachment is getting automatic drop.
  2. Or if not drop with in 12hour attachment is automatic disappear from RITM.

 

Any body have any idea, why this happing please help me on this.

Abba, that thread doesn’t address the issue either. Linking to another thread that’s stuck at the same impasse doesn’t add any value and seems like an attempt to earn “helpful” marks. These threads already appear in Google searches, so this isn’t helpful at all.
