I did not get any reaction on this. Not here, obviously, but neither from other channels.


I'm a bit surprised because I now ServiceNow has close integrations between SAP and ServiceNow.(at least that's a marketing and sales story)


And SAP is so ubiquitous.


So either it is a too stupid and easy question   for people to answer it. But ten do you, a ServiceNow developer, ask the same ...


Either it's quite difficult given SAP is pretty hard to integrate with.



I keep looking and will post the answer here if I find it.

Hi Lucas,

 

Using Web services of SAP (respective SAP team has to provide these) we can able to achieve this from Orchestration. Get the User Id from ticket and Invoke the web services with necessary action to achieve this.
