I see that is juts the user. On the user table just find virtaul agent and change the name to whatever you like:-

I don't think you can change it as it is hardcoded.

Thank you for your reply.
I'm not referring to the fact that a Live Agent would join the chat.
I'm looking for the initial name when the chat is started and the Virtual Agent welcomes a customer.
