Apply Knowledge Article Templates on import articles

Hi ,

 

I am not seeing an option to apply template on knowledge article when trying to import an article with word file.

 

I do see the option when creating an article from scratch , does that mean this feature is not available for import ?

Hi @manita1!

 

Currently it's not possible to select a template to use during the import knowledge articles process.

 

In order to be able to select the template for a new article, you must activate following plugins:

  • Knowledge Management Advanced (com.snc.knowledge_advanced)
  • Knowledge Management Advanced Installer (com.snc.knowledge_advanced.installer)

Role required: knowledge_admin or admin
