Approvals flow in rm_enhancement table

Hi, I have created a catalog item using record producer. Once the request is submitted , it should go for 4 level approvals. 

1.  Once the 1 st level approver approves the request then it should go for 2 nd level approval

2. Once the second level approver approves the request then it should go for 3 rd level approval and also documentaton task should be created.

3. once the 3 rd level approver approves the request and task is closed complete , then it should go for 4 th level approval.

Can anyone help me on this?

It is OOTB and low code. You can use the flow designer and use action - Ask for approval and  in that you can add the user./ For better understanding see any OOTB Request flow.
