Hi,
For problem button in SOW, there is a Continue Problem button which redirects the user to classic native view. So the states like assess , root cause analysis can be done in the native view. But can I assess a problem in SOW itself? I have created a UI Action called Assess for SOW, but it is not working. Why is it so? Below I've attached the image of Ui Action that I've created
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hello @NishaB ,
In which version is the Instance? I believe from Washington or Xanadu, ServiceNow has brought OOB these states in Service Operations Workspace.
Get a PDI and check the OOB code.
This record has the code for Assess,
.................service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sys_declarative_action_assignment.do?sys_id=dc20d1904350021037b7e1ee46b8f27e
If the above information helps you, Kindly mark it as Helpful and Accept the solution.
Regards,
Najmuddin.

Hi @NishaB
It seems to be a custom solution in your instance. Currently, all work can be completed in SOW without any issues, so there is no need to switch to the native view.
Update SOW to latest version.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
