Assignment data lookup is not working !!

Hi SNOW Experts,

We are seeing an issue where assignment data lookup is not working properly. We have imported the lookup rules to the system stored in excel file.

However post import, it is not working. We have tried creating an assignment rule manually and upon checking found that it was also not working.

Please let me know if further information is required from my end to troubleshoot the issue   ?

Could someone please assist me with this ?

Can you clarify what's not working? If the assignment group is blank and you choose combination to make lookup rule trigger, does group populate? If group already exists, you'll need to set Always replace on assignment group to true.

Thanks for your reply !
Tickets were not getting assigned as per the assignment data lookup rules. We had imported the data from an excel file.Since it was not working, we deleted all imported data and manually created data look rules for each required category and sub category and it's working without any issue now.
