I am trying to change the Incident form view, for a particular user group though ATF.
Manually I can change the Form view to Default view, Self service or Service Portal. But through ATF, i am unable to fetch the Form view nor change the form view.
Could you please help me if this can be done using ATF.

Hello,
You can use the Open a new form step to find a variable view = select view you want to view in FORM.
check view name from System UI >Views >name
I hope this helps!
Mark answer Correct and helpful if this solves your issue.
Thanks,
Hemant

Is the form view the 'default' view for members of that particular user group?
If it is, then you can impersonate a member of that group (I'd recommend setting up a Create User Test Step, with the roles and group detail specified) and impersonate that user in your test.
If settings elsewhere give the users in the group that Form view, it should open in that view in your test.
Otherwise (from my own experience) it's not something ATF can do.

Yes, its the default view set for the member. But from the test run, can't find the specified View name.
