ATF step Submit Record Producer (SP) failing after upgraded to Rome

ATF step Submit Record Producer (SP) used to Submit the Record Producer and confirm submission to server is failing after upgraded to Rome. changed the time to 30S just as workaround on this step still step is failing.

Any one seen this issue and fix?
