attach pdf to HR Case

Hi experts,

We have record producers on our HR portal and we need to configure HR document templates. How can we attach this PDF to the case while user submits the case [question answer should be included in the PDF document]

No Ankur, we have HR document template [sn_hr_core_document_template] where we configure letter with fields. This should also include record producer variable inputs and it should be attached on case after form is submitted from portal.
