Attached Knowledge related list label

Hello,

Can someone help me with where the label for attached knowledge related list on Incident is setup, ideally a related list label comes from the reference table name but in this case the reference table name is Knowledge Applied to Task and the label under list control is empty. I don't see any explicit label setting in script or dictionary, wondering where the label is set up.

Any help is appreciated.

I believe, it's under sys_collection table.

Hi Sunil,



I believe, In this way you can find the label details.



Please right Click on Relate List --> Personalize List Layout --> enter label name --> Save

I think, that comes from the sys_db_object table.

You right click, select Configure> Table and check that,

Yes, that is my actual question. if you see the label is Knowledge Applied to Tasks but on the related list, it shows Attached Knowledge.
