Hello,
Can someone help me with where the label for attached knowledge related list on Incident is setup, ideally a related list label comes from the reference table name but in this case the reference table name is Knowledge Applied to Task and the label under list control is empty. I don't see any explicit label setting in script or dictionary, wondering where the label is set up.
Any help is appreciated.

Hi Sunil,
I believe, In this way you can find the label details.
Please right Click on Relate List --> Personalize List Layout --> enter label name --> Save

Thanks for the response Shishir, Since Attached knowledge is OOB related list, I want to know where is the label defined for this.

Yes, that is my actual question. if you see the label is Knowledge Applied to Tasks but on the related list, it shows Attached Knowledge.
