How to enable the audit log for knowledge base?

Can the audit log capture who read the articles activity?

Can the audit log capture who click the URL in the article of knowledge base?

Hi Venice,

If you wanted to track clicks like that I think you'd have to build it in either by using JS in the links instead of straight URLs that would log the click somewhere and then open the URL.
