Auto assigning templates on incident form?

Hi

I know this can be solved with an inbound action (like creating incidents with pre populated fields )
but is there a way to auto apply the templates on the Incidents created with particular short description ?

in every form on right top there will be toggle template if you click it

in down templates section will be shown

 you can define templates in "sys_template" 

You can create templates for any table
