Hi Experts,
I have a requirement that is for Auto Closure the request -In case of no approval from Manager, send 1st reminder 5th day and 2nd reminder on 8th day - ticket auto close/cancel on 11th day
In Flow designer there are 2 approval stages , 1st one is approval from manager and 2nd one is approval from another group. If manager approves then it will go for 2nd approval.
Now the requirement is manager doesn't approve within 11 days then that request should get auto close.
Kindly help me on achieving this.

 That's when the Due Date setting on the Ask for Approval comes in handy. You can set it for 11 relative days and if no approval, have your flow close the request.

The Due Date controls what to do with the Approvals if they don't change after a certain time period. The reminders could be handled in another FLOW.
