Auto populate is not working if i use the impersonate option in servicenow

Hi,

I have two fields in the catalog item which is "Opened For" and "Preferred Contact number" once i change the opened for contact number would be auto populate.

I have achieved this by using the auto populate which is working fine.

But if i impersonate with some one contact number is not populating.

If i open the form and change the user then it is auto populating fine.

 

Please help me out the reason and if any configurations has been required please let me know.

Hi @kranthi2 ,

Configurations done looks good to me, problem might be with some On Load Client script/ ACL's or Roles with impersonating user and of not any one of them. You can check browser console or logs and can also raise a case with ServiceNow for same.
Can you please try logging in with the same persons ID whom you are impersonating? Please let me know if that's working or not?
