Hello Community,

Is there any way to check in AWA that who are online and who are offline . I need to do some reporting on agent activity. Is it stored anywhere? @Mohith Devatte

Hello 

yes there is a table for this called "agent presence and capacity "

Type in agent presence and capacity and you will get the table 

Additionally refer to this link for OOB dashboards 

AWA provides OOB dashboards also which have various reports in it which might help you
