Azure AD user provisioning for existing users in ServiceNow

Hi All,

 

We are moving from LDAP to Azure AD for user provisioning. In our current system User ID is in format "xxx123". After provisioning will it replace user id with email? Please help me figure out what steps I can take in Azure AD to achieve this. We don't want to replace the User ID, we want  to keep it the same
