Hello,
I'd like to ask if anyone knows the following: When you implement customizations on the Incident form at the back-end do these customizations replicate on the Service Operations Workspace incident form as well or these need to be configured additionally?
Many thanks in advance!
Regards,
Irena

Hi Irena,
What kind of customizations are you talking about ? if they are form changes then you will have to replicate the same in workspace view of the form. Client scripts will work for both. For ui actions you will have to click on checkbox below to make it appear in workspace and call your script.
Kindly mark helpful and correct if this answers your query

Hey,
To customise the form for Service Operations Workspace you need to change your application scope to the appropriate application for that table then modify the sow view for the appropriate table in Form Designer.
For example, to modify the incident form, change your scope to 'Incident Management - Service Operations Workspace', then open Form Designer, selecting the Incident table and 'sow' view.
If the form is greyed out, that means you are in the wrong scope.
You can see the scope for each form by clicking through on the sow view.
Kind Regards,
Paul
