Hi. what is the best practice for implementing Stage for RITM & REQ? I've noticed we can update this directly using the update Action item in flow designer. but there's also this setting available in flow designer? whats the difference between the two?

Hello @Hafila Hatta
Both are essentially same...
You can add new stages by moving cursor between the actions on the right side of the flow... You will get options from available flow stages....
You can configure and add more stages from flow stages settings..

ok. how to make it reflected in Employee Center? i notice theres a difference using Update Record action and adding the stage.

Hello @Hafila Hatta
You have to add the stage from flow by hovering between actions and click on + icon (then you can add by selecting available flow stages)
If the values are still not coming, clear the cache and try...

Ok. Now, i'm having this flow but upon task completed, it does not get update to completed. why is that?
