Breakdown Source not working on a Dashboard

The Breakdown sources which are working in another dashboard is not working on a specific dashboard. The Breakdowns are having all the required Breakdown mappings for the tables referred in the dashboard reports. But still it is not showing any results when any filter is selected from the breakdown. The dashboard reports are showing data once the breakdown filters are cleared but when any filter is applied, all the reports/widgets are showing empty.

Hi Sarath,

 

If you are concerned about report and not PA widgets, check the interactive filter added as Act as a filter in dashboard properties, especially the table mapping.

If it's about PA widgets, since it's showing no date when the filters are applied, check if you have the data and secondly, run the job after the breakdowns are added. Also check if the jobs are collecting breakdown data.
