Hi,

We have MS Teams integration with our ServiceNow Virtual Agent. T introduce the functionality to our user base, we were wondering if there is a way to send a broadcast from ServiceNow to the Users on MS Teams that would come out from the Virtual Agent bot?

I can see there are subflow called 'Virtual Agent - MS Teams Adapter Sender Subflow', are we able to write a Flow that will incorporate this and send a message or is anyone aware of an easier way to do this?

Regards,

Ayman

Thanks @gregholevas . This worked perfectly! Created the Notification record and then added a 'Virtual Agent' content record in the 'sys_notification_va_content' table linked to the notification record. With the integration already in place between the Virtual Agent and MS Teams NOW Virtual Agent bot, the notifications were received both on the Virtual Agent web and the MS Teams virtual agent bot.
