Business rule for a specific catalog item

I've created one business rule on sc_task table i want to run this for specific catalog item. how we can achieve this please give me the answer

Hi again,

exactly as Mark pointed with the screenshots. I just done a screenshot of the already "Show related fields" selected and the selected Item (not CI !). 

Let me know if it's working when you do it this way.
