Hi,
By using the ATF i want to use the ATF user instead of Assigned to user of the respective task, please help me out how can we achieve this.
Once create the Request it will go to TASK If i impersonate then only i "Accept" button is visible which means need to click on "Accept" but if i give the same roles to the ATF user and Assign to that task still i don't see the Accept button.
Instead michael i want to use ATF user but if i do that user is not able to perform the operation
Thanks

As far I understood your requirements,
You need to populate "Assigned to" to the ATF user that will be created in test.
and after assigning the request you need to open the request task and click on Accept.
you need to check the roles/group required for request and add it to the ATF user.
after that, you need to open the request forma and set the field Assigned to to ATF user.
and Save.
and then impersonate.
If the Accept button still not visible, try giving admin role to the ATF user. And if it works then you are missing some roles.

Hi @kranthi2 , It is an issue with the access, please check the assigned_to field on the form, does it contain only the members that are part of the Assignment Group or it is referencing to all the users.
If it is the case then only Members that are part of the Assignment Group can have access. Check by Impersonating with Some other User if he is able to view the 'Accept' button or not. Or it is only the people are are part of the Assignment Group.
Let me know if this works, please mark me my response Helpful or accept it as a solution to help the Community.
Thanks and Regards
