I have a couple of requests that I can't seem to figure out.
1. Our Change Manager would like the CAB Workbench to automatically send meeting invites before each meeting, instead of him having to go into it and manually send the invites through the workbench. Is this possible?
2. On the CAB Attendee meeting notification that sends an invite to attendee's of the CAB meeting based on predefined criteria, we would like to include the title of the change as to why they were invited in the invite request. I have yet to be able to figure out how to do this since the CAB Workbench and Change are 2 different tables. I tried relating them (but may have done it wrong), and editing the mail scripts, and even tried editing a scriptinclude (I don't remember which one it was as it was a while ago), to include the change title. Nothing has worked thus far. I am open for any suggestions and re-trying anything as well.

Sounds like you are describing CAB workbench as it is set up out of the box.
Unless you have found your answer have a look at this link and video:
Change Advisory Board (CAB) workbench
You can set up notifications to your desired filter criteria and this will all be managed by ServiceNow keeping track of users to attend the CAB meeting.

Hi Henrik,
It's creating the meetings in ServiceNow, but it is not sending the meeting invites via Outlook. We have to manually create the Outlook invite by going into the CABWorkbench and selecting send meeting request to attendees.
As for my second question, this is not appearing OOTB either.
