I 'am new to SNOW. I was playing around with my dev instance ( Client scripts and UI policies) and while doing so now i see that when iam trying to create any new incident record the caller id field gets blank although when i search to choose the caller i could see the list of users. Also when i go to the list of all incident records i see the caller column as empty. Other details like the the location/category/sub category is filled up. i have deleted the UI policies and client scripts i created today but its still not working. Is there any option to roll back this to the time when everything was working fine?

Check the record producer and see if you have the 'caller' variables Map-to-Field Caller_id. Maybe it's just not mapped, and thus blank.

I went to catalog definition > record producers and couldn't see anything by the name of caller or callerid

From the screenshot, i see some value is set to the caller field (If field is empty you won't be seeing the information icon next to the field), but its invalid.
You can try using field watcher to get to know if any script is doing this.
Below is the guide to use field watcher.
