Can a knowledge admin create or modify knowledge notifications ?

Hi,

I have many notifications that are already active for our Knowledge management process and I would like to make changes to some of them.

What role is required and can the role be granted only for Knowledge notifications ?

(System )Admin role is required to change in notifications.
