Can a REQ/RITM/SCTASK be automatically scheduled?

There's a monthly task that we'd like to associate with a REQ/RITM/SCTASK and have it be automatically created/assigned. Is that possible?

It's 100% possible, and I prefer to go low-code as much as possible. Use the flow designer, which is easy to maintain, to configure as well.
