Hi Community,
I’m working on a requirement within the Walk-up Experience where an agent needs the ability to reschedule an appointment. I’ve explored available documentation and searched for solutions, but haven’t had much success so far.
If anyone has implemented this or can suggest a direction to proceed, I’d greatly appreciate your insights.
Requirement: Enable appointment rescheduling from the agent’s point of view in Walk-up Experience.
