We have a company website that all our users can log into and I was just curious if it would be possible to get the chat icon that shows up in the service portal to show up in that website too?

Hi Carson,
It is required additional tools for do it. But I recommend to avoid it thinking about UX, depending of your orchestrator you can perform some delay to send and receive mensages

In fact, you can. See the documentation here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-servicenow-platform/page/administer/virtual-agent/task/c...
There are still UX considerations, but it's possible and may fit your use case.
