Can we export checklist items in to PDF when Incident task (incident_task) get updated?

Hello Everyone,

I want to know can we generate pdf using checklist items when Incident task get updated or Closed.

I have added checklist on Incident task form and I tried to create using Export -> PDF but pdf did not contain checklist checkboxes.

have you tried adjusting the script I mentioned in my previous comment in business rule which should run after incident is closed?

I think that will help you achieve what you want .
