We built a number of new Service Requests, that create RITMs and SCTasks. But for some reason we cant post 'Work Notes' on either the RITM or SCTask. I have looked everywhere i can think of that might prevent being able to post.
I can type into the field, but it wont post. I would welcome any ideas or suggestions that might help resolve the issue.
Thanks

Thanks Willem
originally yes, but i just changed the workflow in the good requests with the workflow from the broken requests, and it work. So it isnt workflow related. So it must be something in the REQ itself. i will keep trying to isolate.

Can you try exporting the request and try for example on your developer instance? That way we might isolate a bit.

Thanks Willem.
Did that and found the issue. There was a Catalog UI Policy that got wasnt actually needed that somehow was causing the problem. Not sure exaclty how, but removing it fixes the problem.
Thanks for your assistance

Hi Gerard,
Few things i would check,
1) Is the Table being audited? Dictionary in Collections set for audit is true?
2) Personalized list filter which you have already checked and confirmed.
3) Any ACL on the preventing the update?
4) Finally i would have the work notes, activity filters removed from the Form Layout and added it back again.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Saji
