Cant post Work Notes

We built a number of new Service Requests, that create RITMs and SCTasks.  But for some reason we cant post 'Work Notes' on either the RITM or SCTask.  I have looked everywhere i can think of that might prevent being able to post.  

I can type into the field, but it wont post.  I would welcome any ideas or suggestions that might help resolve the issue.

Hi Gerard,

1. Is this happening for any specific role or even admins are not able to post the comments? 

2. Can you check if work notes are on to log as an activity by clicking the Filter Activity beside Activity log and checking the value of work notes? See the screenshot for reference.

It is occuring for everyone, even admins.

When i click on Filter Activity, it doesnt actually show any options.  It just says Filter Activity and nothing else.  I will investigate that further.

Please try "Configure Available Fields" at the end of the Filter Activity list and add check if the fields are added to the slush bucket.

For some reason that isn't an option.  It shows the heading Filter Activity and nothing else.  But i will investigate down that path.
