Cant post Work Notes

We built a number of new Service Requests, that create RITMs and SCTasks.  But for some reason we cant post 'Work Notes' on either the RITM or SCTask.  I have looked everywhere i can think of that might prevent being able to post.  

I can type into the field, but it wont post.  I would welcome any ideas or suggestions that might help resolve the issue.

Hi Gerard,

 

You need the personalize_form or personalize_list role to do the following:

Customize the fields that appear in the activity filter

I have added those roles and it still isnt working.  I have even re-added the activity filter.  Thanks for your help.  There must be something weird preventing it.  I will keep digging.

Can you check if there is an onload client script or UI Script that might hide this/cause this to not show?

there is nothing i can see.  and i did a side by side comparison with other requests that are working.

Is there a difference in the workflow attached?
