Hello Everyone,
after 2.3 years of working on the ServiceNow Scoped app. Now I want to learn ITSM. Anyway, I have experience of working on ITSM for 6 months, it feels like a long time ago and I don't remember much. can anyone of you share the ITSM study material, please?

Would HIGHLY recommend you start on Now Learning and also search these terms on Docs.
