Hello community,

 

Let's say I have a catalog item called "XYZ" now I want to know in which portal and what is the exact location in which the item "XYX" is present. This should in portal

you will get to know the Catalog and Category to which this XYX belongs.

Now to know in which portal it will be seen -> you can check this table "m2m_sp_portal_catalog"

the details are present like this

To identify the catalog and portal details for a catalog item:

  1. Locate the Catalog and Category

    • Open the catalog item record to find the Catalog and Category fields. These fields indicate which catalog and category the item belongs to.

  2. Find the Associated Portal

    • Navigate to Service Portal > Portals and add the Catalog field to the list view. This will display which portals are associated with the specific catalog.

  3. Understand Portal Visibility

    • Since both the Service Portal and Service Workspace Portal support the Service Catalog, any catalog item associated with the Service Catalog will be visible in both portals.

By following these steps, you can determine the exact location of the catalog item in the associated portals.

I have tried all the suggestions....but my catalog is not visible in which the catalog item is present 

 

Note: Catalog is active

what's your question?

1) you want to know in which all portals your catalog item is present

OR

2) you are trying to debug an issue i.e. your catalog item is not visible in portal

Seems your question is 2nd one

1) Did you check "Hide on Service Portal" field is checked on that catalog item?

If it's checked then your catalog item won't be seen on portal

2) Did you check that catalog item is added to correct catalog and category and that catalog is associated to your portal?
