Can you help me with this newbie problem? I think I did everything right but it doesn't work.
Here's the simple workflow:
Here's the workflow of the request associated to the catalog item:
Here's the RITM ticket created. No Catalog Task.

Hi,
On my side, in this reply chain, I'm working with you to resolve this and have asked those questions above to get us to this point.
This is the OOB workflow I'm talking about for Request:
Which I've attached here for you to download and import back in if you've changed it and can't find it on any other instance.
Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

Hi,
As seen in screenshot you have edited the Out of the box "Service Catalog Request".
This is not recommended since the same workflow is used throughout the instance for Request table.
For creating catalog tasks you should use Workflow on Requested Item (sc_req_item) table
I would suggest you revert the Service Catalog Request to it's original version and make changes to other workflow on RITM table
Mark ✅ Correct if this solves your issue and also mark 👍 Helpful if you find my response worthy based on the impact.
Thanks

What's the best way to revert the OOB "Service Catalog Request" workflow to its original OOB state? Pretending that I am in production and made this silly mistake.
Also, I have checked the list of workflows. I can see two for sc_request but have different application scope. Is this something to be worried about?
FFor the catalog task workflow, it is actually associated to the sc_req_item table.
