Is it possible to create a variable named "Application link" with the link itself (URL) given as part of a Catalog Item Variable please? This is because I was given a requirement and the above question is included as part of the Catalog Item Variables.
Thank you.

Hi,
No problem. If you find out more and still need help, let us know here. I'm unsure if they're meaning to have a clickable URL display at a certain position on the form, or what they mean.
If they mean a clickable link and this is for end-users on the Service Portal, then you can follow guidance as mentioned here: https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=bdfe9910dbb0d7080e3dfb651f96... -- basically just involves creating a portal widget with the link in the HTML and then associating that widget to the catalog item by Macro type.
But again, we're guessing right, due to poorly written requirements. Whoever is the BA or whatever that wrote that acceptance criteria needs to know the appropriate name for ServiceNow catalog variables.

Thank you Allen. We've resolved that it should have been said to be created in the "Description" field instead of wanting to make it part or one of the Catalog Variables. I am very grateful for your responses.
