As I was exploring the Australia version, I was unable to find the Change and Problem applications in the Filter Navigator. I also checked the Application Menu table (sys_app_application), but I could not find any records for Change and Problem.
Is this a known issue or do I need to make any configurational changes?

Hi @GlideFather,
Thanks for the suggestion. We verified the roles and confirmed the affected users already have the required access, including change/problem related admin roles.
The issue is occurring specifically in the Application Navigator where the Change and Problem modules are not visible, while Incident is available. We also tested with admin access and observed the same behavior

Hi @Vjalindarba
As per KB: KB0011096 Cannot find an application record in the application menu module
Validate this one:
Resolution
To view and reactivate an inactive application record:
1. Navigate to System Definition > Application Menu.
2. Locate the Active = true filter at the top of the list.
3. Click the X icon next to the Active = true filter to remove it. All application records, including inactive ones, will now be displayed.
4. Search for and open the desired application record.
5. Set the Active field to true.
6. Click Save to apply the change.
Also refer: KB0747639 User cannot see application due to active override in place
