Change approval setting to "No Longer required" for all approvers.

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue like the standard change going to approval with 3 members. And its setting to "No Longer Required" for all three approvers. Can anyone please help me in investigating why this is happening.

Here actually user was creating change tasks manually before CR being approved by the approver. And proceeding with the CR and finally closing CTASKS which were setting my approvals as No Longer Required.

Solution for this is to hide the button for creating CTASKs until the CR is approved.

Standard changes are pre-approved and they don't require approval.

we have approvals placed for standard changes.

N in this issue its not taken its directly setting as No Longer Required for all approvers.

I tried to replicate the issue but its not replicable as well.

So you mean, it has happened for a single Change request and not for all the Standard changes. In that case chack the audit history of approval records. Probably that will help you dig down deeper.

Hi Nisha,

can you check in workflow for this .

I have come across almost similar kind of issue, there we added a new Timer of 1 second between the Approval Action Activity and the Approval Group

Now it works fine, but we wonder if there's another way to solve this issue.
