Change approval setting to "No Longer required" for all approvers.

Hello Everyone,

I have an issue like the standard change going to approval with 3 members. And its setting to "No Longer Required" for all three approvers. Can anyone please help me in investigating why this is happening.

Here actually user was creating change tasks manually before CR being approved by the approver. And proceeding with the CR and finally closing CTASKS which were setting my approvals as No Longer Required.

Solution for this is to hide the button for creating CTASKs until the CR is approved.
