Change assignment group

As an ITIL user, i am not able to assign a change ticket to another ITIL User. when i select the assignment group, i can't see any user inside the list. Please help

Can you please paste a screenshot of what is happening.


Hi Subhajit, i resolved the issue, there was a proplem with the way the profile is setup for certain users.
