Hi experts!
Is there any way to change just the label of the "Request Approved" stage?
I understand the concept of this stage, but its description is confusing for the customer.
I tried two ways to do this, but it didn't work:
1. Change the label of choice in the Stage field "request_approved"
2. Change the Display Name of the Stage Set Requested Item to "Default Stages (by table)"
Maybe that didn't work out because in this case the RITM is triggered by a Flow.
Could you help me with alternatives?
Thanks in advance,
Isaac

It will likely be in your related workflow. It will be pulling the name from the Stage Name in the Workflow you are using for that Request or Requested Item. You need to check out the workflow that it is using and then in the same menu where you check it out, click on the three bar/hamburger menu (top left of the workflow editor windiow) and select Properties from the menu. You need to click on Stages tab. There you can change the Name of the Workflow Stage to whatever you want.

Hi Paul,
I'm using Flow Designer, but the logic is the same and it worked here, thanks!
