Change Interceptor

hi,

for some reason our change interceptor is not showing anymore in our PROD environment, its working in our lower environments and i tried to check for differences but couldnt find anything.

does anyone has expereince with this ?

This is from my PDI

I have both option

In navigation bar -- Change -- Create New

and when i select any it open change form.

Seems it is very specific to your instance. and log a HI case

Clear browser cache

Logout and Login

@Dr Atul - LNG i compared the properties with our lower environments where it works fine and its set exactly the same as in PROD, but in prod it opens up the new change form instead of the interceptor menu
