Change Interceptor

hi,

for some reason our change interceptor is not showing anymore in our PROD environment, its working in our lower environments and i tried to check for differences but couldnt find anything.

does anyone has expereince with this ?

I need the screenshot of the change interceptor in lower environment. & prod , just to see what is the difference.

Seems you are doing wrong here. 

The first screen shot is of change interceptor and 2nd one when you click on any of the option in interceptor it will open.

No, we used to get the interceptor screen whenever we went to the navigator - change - create new but now in PROD when we do this it opens up a new change form directly

This is from my PDI

I have both option

In navigation bar -- Change -- Create New

and when i select any it open change form.

Seems it is very specific to your instance. and log a HI case
