Change Interceptor

hi,

for some reason our change interceptor is not showing anymore in our PROD environment, its working in our lower environments and i tried to check for differences but couldnt find anything.

does anyone has expereince with this ?

This is from my PDI

I have both option

In navigation bar -- Change -- Create New

and when i select any it open change form.

Seems it is very specific to your instance. and log a HI case

or

try

cache.do

Clear browser cache

Logout and Login
