How do you change closure codes on change tasks to be different? Is this a customiziation to the system?

Can you elaborate a little on your requirement?
Do you want to add new close codes or modify existing close code. both of them are considered customization.

I want to change the verbiage on the existing closure codes. What is the best approach to doing this? Is it create new one of change existing.
If this is a customization what are the implications of making this customization. Does it impact us when we upgrade?
